GRAND FORKS, N.D. (July 26, 2019) – After a rare off-weekend, Mark Dobmeier and the Buffalo Wild Wings No. 13 team are heading west to Mandan, N.D. for the Governor’s Cup at Dacotah Speedway. This marks the second consecutive year the Buffalo Wild Wings NOSA Sprints have been a part of one of the most historic events in North Dakota dirt track racing.
